Madden got a new swing for outside! He loves it... it really relaxes him, so i usually sit him out there in the evenings right after bath time, just before bed! Its pefect. Going to Fredericksburg this weekend. My parents are in Houston, so we are going to meet them half way and do some camping. Nice lil weekend getaway!
We got a king size bed today- woo hoo! Finally enough room for all 3- which reminds me, I've got to break Madden of sleeping with mommy !! ha
So how about the pistachio/salmonella scare?! YUK- I have been downing pistachio's the past few days and was sick this weekend so i kinda had a freak out moment when i woke up this morning with swollen eyes and saw on the News the new outbreak! Feel great today tho! I've decided to keep it on cartoons for Madden instead of FOX news- its depressing! So only FOX and friends in the morning (cuz that show is kinda funny)! Well i better run. I just got Madden to bed, have some clothes to fold, waiting for Jimmy to come in from softball game, need a lil prayer time- Especially Praying for our country and our leaders.

We celebrated Nanny's (Madden's great great grandmaw) 90th birthday last night! 5 living generations- WOW!! Its always so much fun when we all get together. Im not sure if the babies ever get called by the correct names... There are just too many to remember! Madden got to see a Bow for the first time in a while... ha!

Busy weekend!

Friday we had Kim's rehearsal and dinner, then went to Jarrel's bands first show! They are GREAT and had a big crowd!! Saturday we went to Kim's beautiful wedding! I got to catch up with one of my childhood friends. It was a great visit and we vowed to keep in touch... feels like we never missed a beat, and I've been gone from Wink for 9 years! Madden spent the weekend with his Grandmaw Cindy and Im sure he kept her very busy! Jimmy bought me a new camera and I have been playing with all the settings and colors, so i posted a pic of Mad boy and daddy- BLUE!! ha
Its been a wonderful lazy Sunday. Not sure if I'm ready to get back into a routine just yet, spring break was wonderful, but its going to be a great week- maybe the sun will come back out!

Growing so fast....

Madden started drinking out of his sippy cup! Its so funny how exciting every little thing he does is! He loves his green beans, his bouncy, and his new big boy cup! He also got a new chair for camping!


How bout this weather?! Guess we could use a little rain- but why the cold part?
